Made in New Zealand, Bloom's instant freeze-dried granulated coffee connects your guests to native Aotearoa. The sachet has information about the silver fern (Kaponga or Ponga in the Maori language) which is a medium-sized tree fern endemic to New Zealand.
The unfurling ponga frond pictured on the front of the sachet has long been recognised as a symbol of growth and new life, while the silver fern it produces has become an internationally recognised icon for New Zealand.
