AluChef Casserole, 28x11.5cm, 7L, Green

Get the classic look and performance of cast iron, without the weight. This round casserole is up to 70% lighter than traditional cast iron alternatives, making it easier for your kitchen team to handle, transport, and use across both kitchen and buffet service.

The thick cast aluminium body delivers fast, even heat across all surfaces, including induction, and moves seamlessly from stovetop to oven. A ceramic non-stick interior, free from PFAS and PTFE, offers a safer cooking surface with excellent release and easy cleaning, while the AluShield silicone enamel exterior resists stains, high heat, and daily wear for lasting commercial performance.
