Getting started
Two minutes, once.
Because it's a new site, passwords from the old one don't carry over. If you already buy from us, your login is waiting: just choose a new password.

- 3Open the email we send you and choose a password
- No email after five minutes? Check your junk folder, then call us on 0800 466 966 and we'll get you sorted. New to Astro? Create an account and we'll get you set up.
What's new
Less chasing, more time for your guests.
Your price, on every product
Sign in and every product page shows the price on your account, not a list price.
Volume breaks, up front
Where a product is cheaper by the carton, the price breaks sit right beside it, so you can see the saving before you order.
Reorder in a click
Open a past order and add the whole lot back to your cart, or pick from a list of every product you've ordered before.
Stock you can see
Every product shows whether it's in stock or available to order, before you click into it.
Invoices as PDFs
Find any invoice in your account and download a copy for your accounts team. No more emailing us for one.
Tracking numbers
Once your order is dispatched, its tracking numbers appear on the order, linked straight to the courier.
Saved addresses and lists
Your delivery addresses are ready at checkout, and you can save lists of the products you buy most.
One login, several properties
If you buy for more than one property, switch between their accounts without signing out.
Search that finds it
Narrow your results with filters, get a suggestion when a word is misspelt, and find our guides alongside the products.
The 4pm cut-off, counted down
A live countdown at the top of every page tells you how long you've got for same-day dispatch.

Quotes our team prepares for you will be waiting in your account, ready to read whenever you are.
Request a quote online
Fill a cart with what you need and send it to us as a request for a quote, instead of emailing a list.
